1. Yin Yoga (30 minutes):

Begin your journey with 30 minutes of gentle, restorative Yin Yoga. We will use props such as postures blocks, bolsters, and yoga straps to support you in deeply relaxing poses. Yin Yoga is perfect for stretching, lengthening, and finding stillness in both body and mind. It allows you to release tension and stress, promoting a sense of tranquility and inner peace.

2. Heat-Building Vinyasa Flow (30 minutes):

After finding your inner calm, we transition into a heat-building Vinyasa Flow. This dynamic sequence of yoga postures will aid in detoxification, increasing your body's vitality and energy. You will feel a sense of rejuvenation as you flow through various poses, connecting your breath with movement. This phase of the class promotes strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.

3. Breath Work and Rhythm (15 minutes):

To conclude our practice, we'll come together to infuse the power of breath work with rhythm. This meditative session allows for a deeply releasing and nourishing experience. The combination of controlled breathing techniques and rhythmic patterns will help you clear your mind, reduce stress, and enhance mental and emotional well-being. You will leave the class feeling revitalized and centered.
